Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2022, Gabriela’s career at Dias Munhoz began five years ago, still as an intern.
Today, after a journey of professionalization and learning, her practice involves various areas of civil law, both in litigation and advisory, with focus on family and succession law, and consumer’s rights. Certified in Visual Law by the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Gabriela always seeks ways to bring innovation to her practice, ensuring that any conflict is resolved in the best possible way. Her interest in debating the new directions of law is evident in her college thesis, entitled "Inheritance Rights of Embryos Fertilized Post Morten," which analyzed the rights of in vitro fertilized embryos after the death of one of the genetic parents, to inheritance.
Gabriela won the TCC Prize in 2023 for the article, which sparked interesting discussions, and she continues to study current and controversial topics like this one, to always offer the best solution to her clients
