Isadora earned her Law degree from the University of São Paulo. She holds specialized training in couple and family counseling and a postgraduate degree in 21st-Century Psychoanalysis.

Prior to founding Dias Munhoz, she spent 14 years in civil litigation at leading law firms, focusing on consumer and corporate matters. She currently leads the Family and Succession practice, with a strong emphasis on collaborative strategies, and also advises on complex consumer law cases, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Isadora combines technical excellence with empathy and active listening, guiding clients toward solutions that address legal, personal, and patrimonial dimensions while supporting the continuity of relationships.

Partner – Head of Corporate, Real Estate & Judicial Reorganization



Isabella holds a Law degree from PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

She leads the firm’s civil litigation practice, focusing on corporate, contractual, and real estate matters. Her work centers on structuring legal strategies for medium and large companies, including corporate contracts, business reorganizations, credit recovery in judicial restructurings, and complex real estate negotiations.

Leticia Braidotti

Leticia graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2019. She holds a postgraduate degree in Family Law and Succession from PUC-SP (2021) and is currently completing a postgraduate program in Estate and Succession Planning at Fundação Getulio Vargas (GVLaw).

Her practice includes both advisory and litigation matters, with a focus on Family Law, Succession, and Asset Planning. She advises families on divorce, custody, child support, probate, and other strategic matters related to succession and the organization of family assets.
Gabriela Sanches Teixeira

Gabriela earned her Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2022 and began her career at Dias Munhoz in 2019. She is certified in Visual Law by PUC-SP and was awarded the TCC Prize for her academic article “Inheritance Rights of Posthumously Conceived Embryos”. Her practice spans multiple areas of civil litigation, with a primary focus on Consumer Law and Family and Succession Law. Gabriela also advises on corporate and contractual disputes, as well as general advisory matters.

She earned her Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2019 and completed a postgraduate program in Civil Procedure at Fundação Getulio Vargas (GVLaw) in 2021.

She is a civil litigation attorney, focusing on civil, corporate, contractual, and consumer law disputes. Her experience also includes advisory matters such as drafting legal memoranda, extrajudicial notices, and conducting legal due diligence.
